Here I am, with yet another lame MySpace trick. This one however is absolutely not useful and the result is the following: you will not be able to navigate any MySpace page having to do with you, friends on your list will not be able to view the “status updates” page, friends who use the new layout will not be able to access their MySpace home pages until you’re cycled from their update window (the more friends/more often they update the quicker they will be able to access it). Lastly, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FIX THIS. Though I despise MySpace, I e-mailed them about fixing this problem and they have not, so you will be at their mercy if you decide to do this. I take no responsibility for you doing this either.

Though I indeed want to please readers, I also crave attention in the form of comments and *ahem* $0.07 per day in ad revenue. Who am I kidding, we don’t even make that, but who cares right!?

MySpace Filters All External Links Now
Today I decided to update my “myspace” page and I discovered that some of my YouTube links weren’t working. After a closer look I noticed all my links were now changed to point to www.msplinks.com. At first I was shocked and my only thoughts were that I got owned, but how? I tried a few other links and they still pointed to the correct locations. That made it even more strange for me, so I decided to do a quick Google search. Seems that MySpace started doing this to the links in comments a while ago and now they changed it to rewrite all links. There are somethings that are not affected (yet?) including img and object tags.
